3. Product Process: The base layer uses 3003H24 high-strength aluminum-manganese alloy substrate after cleaning and passivation treatment. The product requires one-time lamination of the front and back aluminum base layers, core layer, decorative film layer, and adhesive layer on a continuous hot-press composite production line. Pressure-sensitive adhesive cold lamination processes are not accepted.
4. Installation Method: Adjust the plane with vertical square tube spacing ≤ 1200mm, horizontal square steel tube spacing between 600–800mm.
